Pros

Very well- managed garbage compactor and garbage disposal areas.

Cons

The Laundry room which is located in the basement has 4 old washing machines, some of them break down pretty often, management does not really care about it. Dryers are old as well. Sometimes smith burns inside, clothes smell terrible. All of them must be changed. A lot of noise problems. Neighbors do not want to communicate, supervisor do not care about such issues.

Advice to the owners

Superintendent need to help tenants solve their issues. Very rude and impolite.
