Decent but horrible management!

Pros

It has free laundry downstairs, the roof and back yard access is very nice, the appliances are adorable

Cons

2/4 laundry machines did not work, it was a mess in the basement, and management is HORRIBLE. Very unresponsive.

Take care of your tenants!!! Answer your email and phone!!

Just poorly managed

Pros

Location, units, actually somewhat tasteful remodel job (except the cheap stairs and flooring)

Cons

Management is beyond unresponsive about anything important. Our entire buildings heat was out for over a week and we could not get any response about concessions to our rent for over a month. Genuinely a mess. You will never know who your super is or how to submit a maintenance request because it will change every month. If you do manage to get maintenance out, they just tell you they can’t fix whatever it is that you needed assistance with and will “follow up” then never do. Additionally most of the units are heated / cooled very unevenly because of the cheap remodel they did splitting all the units into two floors. Your downstairs will be 10 degrees warmer than your upstairs in the summer.
