Great experience for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great apartment. There were definitely things that needed to be fixed when we moved in but the super Camilo was always very helpful. Friendly neighbors, good neighborhood. Washer and dryer in unit was incredible. Also great lighting fixtures, big kitchen, and wall unit heat/AC controlled by remotes which felt like a luxury.
Cons:
The hallway was fairly dusty but nice compared to many other buildings in New York. Close to the metro north train which you could hear passing in some bedrooms, also you could hear people in the restaurant below if windows were open (but as a young woman in NY having people hanging out downstairs late at night—24hr restaurant—made me feel safer)

Renovated apartments but loud neighbors next door
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are renovated
Cons:
The neighbors next door (specifically the restaurant) is so loud. During the summer they are loud past midnight almost every single night.
