Very responsive landlord, minimal rent raises, allows pets for a fee
Cons
Pests in the yard, not much property maintenance, poor heating and cooling, minimal natural light

Avoid this gentrified building at all costs
Pros
Very nice neighborhood in bed stuy, close to bus stops unfortunately the neighborhood is getting gentrified so businesses change all the time
Cons
Very noisy from the street since it’s a busy boulevard would be woken up by car noise as room was facing the street, 12 minute walk to A/C train station and around the same for J, would see roaches in the stairs, increased the rent like crazy and displaced their tenants, laundry in building is with quarters and used to be free for a while
Advice to the owners
Work with your tenants not against them
