Good place to live

Pros

The building has an amazing super! Great location.

Cons

It’s hard to regulate the temperature in the units. They have large built in AC/heat units, but in the summer the AC wouldn’t make it has cold as I’d like and in the winter, the apartment would be pretty warm just from the building. there was also a mouse once.
