Pros:
This building is located at an incredible spot in the heart of NoLita. It has great access to most subways and busses. I would highly recommend living here.
Cons:
The units are quite small, but with good utilization of space it is no problem.
Advice to owner:
The virtual doorman is very outdated and the building could use a new system.

Cons:
Terrible management, unresponsive and does not follow proper safety protocals when an emergency happens. Had to call the city multiple times to feel cared for in the building. Had to take matters into own hands to deal with pest problems since management doesn't respond adequately. Also bad lighting in bedroom.
Advice to owner:
Talk to tenants like they are actually human.

This building is quite clean. Stairways are mopped frequently, they have exterminators coming monthly. I never had an issue with pests.
Cons:
It is quite expensive and small for the amount of space we had.
Advice to owner:
Rent could be lower.

Very close to Astor Pl and subway.
Cons:
Management is hard to contact. Had issues with unhoused people living on the property for months and management did not help alleviate the issues with trash and harassment that resulted from it.
Advice to owner:
Actually respond to tenants' concerns.

Alley-facing unit is SO quiet. Overall well renovated. Nice bathroom and shower!

Kinda gross/dirty. Worst maintenance of all time.

There’s really not much to love in this building other than maybe the roof access.
Cons:
Hot water was out constantly, the yard was a rat fest, packages were frequently stolen and the ownership group didn’t care whatsoever.

Noisy from Izakaya Karaoke nights. Bugs. Several times when our heater was not working and it would be 50 degrees in our apartment in the middle of winter.

Subways nearby, great restaurants and bars nearby, spacious rooms for this location (in our unit). Rent stabilized
Cons:
Management is unresponsive unless they are to benefit. Several issues with water and other utilities. Seriously, this management is the worst.

Don’t be a slumlord

Hot location for 20 somethings, everything within walking distance, renovated units
Cons:
small unit, noisy but as expected, some pest issues, steaming pipes get way too hot during the winter making it almost unbearable.
Advice to owner:
figure out those steaming pipes
