Great location, awful downstairs neighbor

Pros

Large two bedroom, nice building overall and excellent location, close to shops and parks.

Cons

Downstairs neighbor was awful (3rd floor neighbor). He yelled and shook the radiators, and complained over walking, vacuuming. A history of problems with this neighbor which is why tenants don't like to stay long living above him.

Nice Layout, Decent Landlord, Some Old-Building problems. Crazy price increases

The landlord is usually responsive and helpful when we encounter issues, the neighbors are nice.

Cons

Door bell's voice system doesn't work, there's some mild roach problems likely from a neighboring unit, some mild leak issue during rain storms. The landlord also raises the price like crazy every year.
