It was fine but downstairs neighbors party.

Owners left us alone for the most part
Cons
They took a while to repair a hole in our bathroom ceiling and It was so often that the downstairs neighbors and the church next door would party very loudly on and off

Good experience overall, but a few possible building improvements
Pros
modern, new-feeling space (and landlord repainted the walls for us before we moved in), two sinks in the kitchen, and a great roof. amazing location <3
Cons
thin walls, and code to enter the building needs to be changed more frequently/generally safer.
