Honestly an amazing building

Pros

- fast maintenance - great location - friendly block - nice and updated appliances

Cons

-landlord is rude about fixing issues - half fixes to apartment breaks leading to bigger issues - had a roof leak issue in my unit for 3 years that was never properly addressed until I got 311 involved - neighbors are rude and often loud; yelling in the hallway and drunk fights - combative management company - trash overflows constantly

Advice to the owners

stop treating tenant maintenance like it’s a burden and stop gouging prices on units that should be $2000 max
