Pretty good overall
Pros
* responsive super * super close to everything * pretty good noise blocking from neighbors (same floor and up/downstairs) * really good water pressure * pretty stable internet * although the garbage is on the ground floor, open air, right next to the stairs, it's always managed timely and it rarely smells
Cons
* Noise from outside can be VERY LOUD especially around end of a NYU semester * the water can get boiling hot, but it's something you can learn to adjust to * heaters aren't powerful enough * the garbage is on the ground floor so optics is not good * although they come and mop the hallway frequently, the hallway is still kinda dirty. A deep clean is long due
