Terrible Landlord - Avoid At All Costs
Pros
Nice location, responsive maintenance team
Cons
Landlord is TERRIBLE (they don't pay their own utility bills, tried to illegally extra charge rent, 20%+ rent increases after first year, security deposit was 2+ weeks late), very dirty building (garbage kept inside of the building without any proper containment, so the smell was always horrible in the hallways)
Advice to the owners
Get out of the real estate business

Pros
Everything for the most part was great. Cute, functional, nice sized apartment. Good amount of closet space and good size kitchen.
Cons
Hot air rises so our apartment was always extremely warm. We were on one of the upper floors so always had to have our windows open. Biggest issue we had was a massive mice issue. Once they came in we couldn’t get them out. Management was terrible at handling it but I’ve since learned they’ve gotten new and hopefully better management. Mostly loved the apartment though.
Advice to the owners
Handle problems when they arise.
