The neighborhood is good especially to be in the Bronx.
Cons
There are many things wrong with this home and it all begins with the landlord. The Unit is poorly made and come with cheep plumbing material. The landlord also does not fix things accordingly when told. The bathroom has little to no water pressure and are also equipped with poorly made material. The landlord himself is not even in control of the house his father is. The landlord himself is also extremely rude and often times borderline disrespectful. During Covid the landlord repeatedly harassed me to the point of a minor breakdown to remind me of rent payment and that I can be evicted. Honestly if you can wait and continue your search skip this place.

Sell the house, and get help. These people are disrespectful and
