Overpriced, roach and rat infested, gambling den, management does not care

Management AND landlord are on NYC's worst 100 for 2025 and for good reason! Gambling den on the 1st floor has strangers ringing every buzzer to be let in at 4am. Neighbors smoke all kinds of stuff in the stairwell. Emergency door to the roof is either unsecured and slamming when it's windy or the alarm goes off for hours at a time. HUGE mice problem, and the roaches and water bugs are enormous. The garbage cans in the front yard are covered in this sticky soap mixture, and are not changed. Stairs do not get cleaned, and there's dog poop and garbage everywhere. Packages stolen. Mailbox broken into. Parties in the lobby happen in the winter and on the front stoop in the summer with DJing and drinking. Electric is bad and will trip in every apartment. Super is disabled 90% of the time and on vacation the other 10%. THEY WILL TURN OFF THE HEAT AND HOT WATER ON YOU.
Advice to the owners
Just sell the building like you've been trying to for years so someone else has a chance to make the changes that need to be made. Clean up from the fire in 2022. Take housing department complaints seriously. Replace the super. Concrete the front grass to get the rats out. Stop sending the super's relatives to do repair work, they have no idea what they're doing. Replace the stair rail - you have mothers and elderly people climbing these stairs and you're so negligent you're gonna kill someone. And stay a single day in one of the apartments during the summer, and one during the winter. Your building is HORRENDOUS.
