I'm in 354 Myrtle Avenue/ Nice apartment, responsive management company

Pros

I loved out a year and a half ago. The building changed while we were there with Popeyes moving in (smell of grease was not inviting).We also had packages stolen regularly.

Cons

Wish there was a keypad at the front door so I didn't have to carry a key with me. The buzzer in my apartment doesn't ring so I don't know when a delivery is here.

Advice to the owners

I'd love an entry keypad. Also the ability to let a delivery person in remotely would be nice.

Solid building, no issues with management

Pros

- Responsive property management company - Bike and trash area were relatively well managed

Cons

- Heating system is quite old. Heat was not evenly distributed throughout the apartment - some rooms were unbearably hot in the winter while others were too cold. - Bathroom finishings (flooring, cabinetry, grout) weren't the best quality - The building wasn't the most secure - had packages stolen several times
