Only some neighbors are nice

Management is unresponsive via email and phone, it takes them over a week on emergency situations. Super tends to ignore serious inquiries and tries to lie that this never happens

Pros

Convenient location to pretty much all of Astoria, reliable heat, electricity, utilities. Good size apartments as well!

Some issues with package thieves, but that has gotten better in recent years.
