Recent reviews of 32-06 29 Street in Queens highlight the building’s clean and well-maintained condition, supported by a responsive super and regular pest control. Residents appreciate the thick walls that reduce noise, spacious apartments with good natural light, and convenient location near transit and local amenities. The elevator works most of the time, though occasional slowness is noted. Nice and safe place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy to get in touch with the super for any issues, lovely location central to a lot of places. Laundry usually worked fine, though I usually opted to just do wash and fold at a close-by laundromat.
Cons:
I lived on the top floor so heat was VERY accessible, almost too much at times. But I don't think that's avoidable in an old NYC building. Saw a dead cockroach here and there, but also I feel unavoidable in these types of buildings.
