Great building super and owner

Pros

- owner is super responsive - the super is also pretty responsive - the sense of community in the building is great

Cons

- the laundry situation! Only 2 washers 2 dryers for a 60unit building. And often times, one or two of the machines are broken for a week or two at a time. Also prices have been raise to $2.50 per wash per dry. Total $5 per load. Many opt for the laundry mat down the street. - roaches in basement and sometimes in trash chute

Quiet but friendly neighbors, many who have been here for decades. Safe. Super on premises.

Not much can be said in the way of a true con with the building. Some windows are fogged over.
