The only good thing here is if you have cheap rent, and even then is it worth it

lying and unresponsive landlord, waste of space super, lack of common area cleanliness, tons of rats, lack of heat, lack of safety, windows older than my grandma, nothing gets fixed, bedbugs, faulty wiring, exterior doors without proper locks, shitty loud and dirty street
