Good Building, Terrible Management

Nice building, nice super

Cons

Management are con men. Jacking up rent to crazy prices EVERY. YEAR. They are unkind and the worst kind of landlord. Only care about making as much $$ as possible. It's family owned, son is just as bad as the father.

Clean building, well maintained, generally quiet and older neighbors, great location facing the park

Super can be slow to make repairs, laundry room is expensive and sometimes machines take your money
