If you don't need Heat or your deposit back....
Pros
Nothing to be honest, it was my first apartment in NYC and it sucked.
Cons
Heat would shut off on friday and not fixed until Monday, so often it was in the 50's inside the apartment. It was newly "renovated" and everything broke within the first month. Police barged in my apartment looking for a neighbor? The back of the house neighbors would play music as loud as possible at 4am. No screens on the windows, so a ton of mosquitoes. If you want your deposit back, good luck. They wrote me multiple bad checks after not even giving me my full deposit back for no good reason.
Advice to the owners
quit your day job.
