Constantly redoing floor and lots of dogs

Heat is good
Cons:
Elevators, loud dogs barking constantly, lot of floors always being redone, have to bring trash all the way to basement
Advice to owner:
Stop redoing the floors so much

Decent building, good staff, but uncaring aggressive Landlord

Lobby is too small for social distancing, and too small for normal levels of package delivery, storage and distribution for the 200+ apartments

Expand Lobby footprint

Pathetic water pressure. Building not well insulated. Leaky windows. Only 2 elevators for 240 apartments

Listen to your tenants- they pay your wages.

Staff is lovely, building is clean, no rodents, back half of building has great views
Cons:
Building management company is scary/rude, small gym/no roof, bathrooms are very tiny with 0 vanity space
Advice to owner:
Be more accommodating to tenants
