Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent renters at 220 East 63 Street appreciate the building’s clean and well-maintained environment, solid heating, and generally quiet atmosphere. The staff, including doormen and superintendents, receive positive mentions for being helpful and friendly. The location is considered very convenient with some units offering great views. However, many express dissatisfaction with the building management’s responsiveness and attitude. Common concerns include limited gym facilities, small lobby space, inadequate water pressure, frequent floor renovations causing disruptions, and noise from neighbors or dogs. Garbage disposal logistics and elevator availability also draw criticism. Improvement in management-tenant relations and facility upgrades would enhance the living experience.
