Heavy Noise Inside and Out

Pros

Very clean units and basement. Large living spaces and very friendly building staff. Lots of closets. Proximity to subway

Cons

Even on a high floor, street traffic noise is insanely loud. Internally the walls between units are very thin, so you can hear a lot of neighbor activity and internally building construction which is frequent. Small kitchens and bathrooms. Insane rent increases.

Advice to the owners

Don’t raise rent over 10% each lease term while simultaneously performing nonstop construction within the building with no warning or rent abatement for the disruption.

Constantly redoing floor and lots of dogs

Cons

Elevators, loud dogs barking constantly, lot of floors always being redone, have to bring trash all the way to basement

Stop redoing the floors so much
