I love this building

Pros

I lived here for five years and I thought the staff was great. I loved the Doorman neighbors were chill. It was a convenient location. Spacious Studios dishwasher. Very large bathroom bathrooms great views great lighting.

Cons

The occasional cockroach which I think was a result of filthy neighbors however, the exterminator was available

amazing location, super friendly doormen and neighbors, safe, charming

Cons

pest control issues and the laundry room is not great!

Advice to the owners

make sure you get the cracks in the floors sealed and sign up for monthly exterminator visits
