Gorgeous house with awful property managerss
Former Tenant
Pros:
The house changed property managers at least 3 times while I lived there. Each was more and more unresponsive. Isaac was the worst and he seemed to be involved in all three of the companies. Very shady.

The house changed property managers at least 3 times while I lived there. Each was more and more unresponsive. Isaac was the worst and he seemed to be involved in all three of the companies. Very shady. We just didn't have hot water for almost a week once. They also didn't take care of salting the sidewalk so we
Advice to owner:
You need to be more responsive to your tenants when issues arise. Not just hen you want to install fancy unnecessary appliances just to bring up your property value.
