The apartment is beautiful and spotless. Gorgeous area.
Cons
The landlord is straight up evil. Turned off our utilities, screamed at us constantly, micromanaged every moment of living there. Would scold us for walking on the stairs or putting trash in the bins in the garage. When she sprayed for roaches, she sprayed my bedding, sprayed where my cats were, sprayed inside the oven (INSIDE). I could go on forever. Do NOT rent from this woman. Two of the units moved out at the same time due to her harassment. We nearly took her to court, but personal emergencies came up. At least you know you have a strong case if you ever do need to do that.
Advice to the owners
Get out of the landlord business.
