Nice place, minor inconveniences.
Pros
Very quiet building in a great location. Never had issues with packages. Had to get my convention oven replaced and it was fixed within a week.
Cons
Heating is either not on or 95° not much in between. One of my 2 windows hasn’t opened while I’ve lived here. Smoke detectors would go off for having low batteries in the hall and never get replaced.

Great location, no real complaints

Great location, super does everything for the building, never had a package stolen, quiet, safe, online rent payments
Cons
no laundry toilets have issues all the time very small units expensive
