A Decent Stay for a Big Price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well kept building, good management company, in the heart of the East Village.
Cons:
No heat when I lived there, management kept supplying small space heaters to band aid the problem. Space was incredibly tiny for the rent price but I was young and dumb.
Advice to owner:
Stop trying to evict the lady on the first floor.
