Great location, nice units, but the cons outweigh this

TERRIBLE landlord. Impossible to reach, and when you finally do he is rude, patronizing, and threatening. Would let employees into my unit without warning or permission. Attempted to flip my unit for the new tenant while I still had weeks left on my lease. Literally threatened us on the phone and forbade us from speaking to him again.
