Packages are sometimes delivered to the office across the street which is only open on weekdays 8:30 - 5:00. No laundry in building.

Near 163rd St C train. Decent size for my apartment.

Cons

Dealt with a mice infestation on and off for the first few years. The lobby is disgusting. Homeless person used to live on the roof. Super doesn’t answer all the time. Water isn’t always hot. One winter, I had to walk to the gym to shower.

Advice to the owners

Pest control. Renovate the lobby. Fix boiler.
