Management unresponsive, mailroom access is limited, most apartments face directly into other apartments so no privacy, walls are thin, certain apartments have huge roaches and mice problems. No covid sanitation going on. They locked up the gym and game room and theater since march instead of making a reservation system.

Advice to the owners

24 hour mailroom access, pay for real pest control service because the sprays don’t do anything
