Good location, Nice amenities, But Tiny Apartments

Really friendly super who was very helpful, amazing location, decent amenities
Cons
My apartment had no living room or dining area or space for a chair in my bedroom. Basement would flood in storms. People would smoke outside my bedroom and talk very loudly.
Great neighbors, awful management
Pros
The people in the building are friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and the roof view is amazing.
Cons
Management is neglectful and puts off repairs until absolutely necessary. There were several times over the past few years that the building experienced issues with heat and hot water. The heat temperature isn’t great to begin with and management refuses to look into / fix it. Building additionally has a huge rodent problem, the trash room is infested and you will eventually see mice if you live here.
Advice to the owners
Stop letting maintenance issues fester. The longer you don’t address them, the harder they are to fix. Also needs to be better at communicating with tenants.
