Living at Bainbridge
Pros
- they do mop the public space - trash is located in the garage in the building ( downstairs) - they resolve issues, they don’t go ignore, although it might not be the speediest at times. - roaches are not a big problem, mice are not a big problem although through the years I have seen them but get them out ASAP to prevent them getting comfortable - double door with key - handicap friendly
Cons
- nasty people are moving in ( pissing in the elevator) need problem as of a year ago - don’t remember the last time a fumigator came but I know there is one who is associated with the building. - we had a leak and it was a rainy week took a while to get it patched but someone did come just took too long - no camera - second front doors lock has been removed so less security , front door is still intact
Advice to the owners
Cameras in elevator or building to prevent people from pissing in the elevator and fine them Fix the second lock in the lobby More urgency with fixing issues
