Former tenant·7 minutes ago

Noisy building in great location

Pros

Great location, near a subway station

Cons

It's very noisy due to HVAC coming from pub downstairs (the kitchen cabinets are rattling from vibration) + there's often a lot of noise from kids if your windows face the inner yard. It's very cold in the late autumn and winter because the landlord won't heat the building, so have to use electric heater.

Good location, mid apartments

Pros

Good landlord and utilities are good. Location is convenient too

Cons

Apartments are pretty ugly and neighbors steal your stuff
