Alright for what it is
Pros
Close to Subway, nice units
Cons
Elevator constantly breaks, literally never know if it’ll be working or not, not the cleanest building either

Huge bug issue and package theft!
Pros
The neighbors are kind, and mostly friendly or keep to themselves. They are decent apartments for the price and very close to a subway and some nice restaurants.
Cons
There is a massive pest problem that cannot be helped; there is often garbage outside the building; the lobby is often dirty; there is a huge issue with packages being stolen.
Advice to the owners
Focus on getting rid of the beetles and install cameras to prevent package theft!
