Water pressure is great and for a 1 bedroom the apartment size isn’t bad for a first time renter.

PESTS GALORE. With in my first two months I’ve seen more roaches than I have my entire life. Building management does nothing. There are rats in the basement. I’ve tried to patch every while I can find but I still feel uncomfortable. The super speaks no English so he can’t even assist when you have problems. Same goes for building management who was very rude when u called for help me because my bed frame got stolen 1 day into moving in.
