a true home

Pros

amazing neighbors and location! a true gem. as with all NYC apartments, it requires some TLC, but it's so worth it for the sweet energy in the building. quiet building, issues are handled quickly, and a beautiful place to call home.

Cons

some critters can be found in the summers! there's an exterminator each month, but you can still expect to see a few waterbugs in the summer.

Clean & Quiet

Pros

Lovely area, building was clean and quiet, neighbors were very friendly and many have been in the building for years if not decades.

Cons

Nothing unexpected - not an elevator building, but in good condition.
