The previous owner Akieva Tietz
Cons:
The new owner Nassar Essa, 22201 Jamaica Ave LLC has stolen electricity for over 2 years for his deli. The neighbor is out of a horror movie.
Advice to owner:
After you sell due to being in foreclosure don't get into being a landlord anymore
