Not great in the end
Pros
Laundry room, gym, friendly doormen, helpful super.
Cons
We had mice in our apartment. Neighbors are allowed to smoke cigarettes in their units and the ventilation system is so poor that we would smell smoke in our apartment. Building managers refused to do anything.
Advice to the owners
Get rid of the law allowing residents to smoke inside.

Quiet and lovely building
Pros
The people, from the landlord to the super and the doormen, everyone was so nice and welcoming.
Cons
Even though it has elevators, they are not fully accessible with some stairs to get to the back building and to the laundry room
