THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE PROBLEMATIC TENANTS BEFORE YOU MOVE

Pros

It’s rent stabilized

Cons

If you’re thinking of moving here, don’t. THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE PROBLEMATIC TENANTS. You will move in and find out about pre existing issues when it’s too late, and be left with the only option to “just leave”. As it that’s easy? This building is dishonest, completely incompetent and lets problem tenants make life hell for everyone else without consequences.

Advice to the owners

Be transparent.

One of the better run buildings in the city

Pros

-Doorman attended with a large team that's very good and highly responsive -Elevators/amenities all in great shape, very clean building -No noticeable noise/bug problems -At this price point/location it'd be tough to find something better operated/designed

Cons

-Water Pressure could be better but not that bad
