- No communication from landlord - had to speak with multi family members about different issues with no resolution - Put outside insecticide inside without any warning to tenants - Lied about keeping the backyard clean and not well kept - Issues with cockroaches - Put in cameras without notifications to tenants - Painted backyard x2 and no communication- ruined AC unit with getting paint all over it (terrible fumes) - Refused to email/call over phone during peak COVID shutdown - insisted on meeting in person without mask
Advice to the owners
Do not rent from property owner
