Nice people live in this building

Responsive friendly, super. Locked package room

Cons

In a 6 floor building that has a lot of elderly people as residents, the elevator has been broken for 3 months with no obvious effort to fix it. Have been security issues in the past, like package room being broken into, as well as a non-resident in the building soliciting money.

Well managed but sus neighborhood

Pros

Great super, amazing process, lots of light, pleasant tree lined Brooklyn view. 3-minute walk from the AC

The neighborhood has a lot of suspicious activities and cat-calling people
