Terrible - Lived here for years

Pros

Outdoor space. Surrounding neighbors are fine, but businesses can be loud. Basement storage

Cons

Filthy, got rats and mice every year. Roaches sometimes. Landlord did nothing. Illegal basement apartment with crazy tenants. Hardly cleaned or snow shoveled. Front door nevr locked. Bare minimum effort.
