Could be A LOT better
Pros
There’s a laundry room (although the started renovating without notice before the new year. So now there’s no laundry room until ~early 2022~ whenever that is). That’s the only pro and it’s gone.
Cons
Rats in the winter. You have to schedule for a monthly maintenance (where a guy installs traps and leaves) but sometimes he doesn’t show up. Issues with mold. Broken ac in the middle of summer. Still not fixed even though we asked for a new one as soon as it broke (it’s been more than a year). The boiler breaks down sometimes.
Advice to the owners
When people put in a work order, follow through.
