Simple Solid spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Only 2 apartments per floor which is nice. Comfortable and secure with entry video intercoms in every unit. Apartments are basic, but everything works properly: water pressure is good, water temperature takes a long time to run out of heat ( at least half n hour ) so you don’t have to rush through your showers. If anything goes wrong, the landlord is responsive and is pretty solid and attentive. Front of the building is noisier ( there is a car / welding shop next door on street level). You Rarely pass people in the hallways since there are only 8 units in the building. A cleaning company comes once a week or so to sweep and mop the halls. Neighborhood is chill - Park across the street is safe and pretty lit up at night.
Cons:
Garage / iron-works spot downstairs next door is loud at times - they like to play a lot of music as well. The fumes from the garage are also a bit intense so unless you’re in a rear facing unit, leaving your windows open during day the isn’t the best idea
Advice to owner:
Harry ( the Landlord at the time of this review) is solid over all. Attentive and respectful - no major complaints
