James the doorman. Dean is the man.

Very dated. Laundry sucks. Elevators constantly down.

Pros

Somewhat affordable no frills elevator building with new laundry room. One bedroom was quite large and good enough for first couple apartment.

Cons

Building management was not responsive and was quite dismissive. Elevator and AC issues frequently. The maintenance team was clearly overworked and I felt they were understaffed.

Advice to the owners

Hire more maintenance workers and please train your management staff to be less dismissive and keep their information in order
