Owners raised my rent only $20 per year for three years.

Building very loud

Close to the train.

Awful sound insulation! I hear all the neighbors from my floor and the neighbor below me walk, open and close doors. And I'm on the top floor, I can't imagine if I also had someone living above me. I have never seen a place with sound insulation this bad!
Advice to the owners
Fix the sound insulation. Renovate the apartments or I don't know, but do something.
