Dirty hot building

Pros

The elevator doesn't break down, and the front of the building is well kept and looks nice.

Cons

Incredibly hot building, the elevator is old and slow, and the trash management is bad. Inside of the building looks dirty overall.

Great location, fine apartment

Pros

I love the location and the size of the unit for the price. Management did let me make improvements to the apartment on my own and even reimbursed me for materials.

Cons

Management only accepts rent by physical check in the mail. Management is very slow to respond. Super is also slow to respond and work done in my apartment was subpar.
