Great super, fine building, loud neighborhood

Pros

I really like the super, he's been great. The units themselves are fine - not luxury by any means. I never hear any of the neighbors in the building which is great.

Cons

Even though I can't hear neighbors, I can hear everything on the street, including every party a neighboring building throws (and they like to party). Had some ant issues and there's some rats living by the building entrance. Heat/AC gets pricy - except a few hundred extra each month for that. Had a hell of a time getting the unit due to issues with the leasing office; but I haven't had to deal with them since.

Advice to the owners

Be better at leasing units.

Good building, noisy street

Pros

Super is great, wallls are really thick (only ever hear neighbors in the hallway), building is well-maintained.

Cons

Super noisy, we don’t even live facing borinquen, but the street noise sometimes can be intolerable.
