Great place to live!
Pros
Maintenance requests are swiftly dealt with. Trash is never over flowing and taken out promptly. The community is great and the park is an awesome addition. Right next to major grocery stores
Cons
The walls are very thin, you can usually hear your neighbors. The L train is less than ideal but not the worst thing in the world. The gym in the community is over priced and constantly packed! Also, the units here are super expensive.

It has everything you need nearby, decent layout, laundry in building
Cons
management isn’t the best when it comes to being responsive about maintenance requests at times, not the most organized system for a large resident community
Advice to the owners
Develop a better communication system for resident requests esp maintenance
